To mark this year's blog action day that focuses on climate change, here's a photo of the recently discovered oldest tree in the world. Found on Fulu Mountain in Dalarna province, Sweden, this spruce has a root system of over 9550 years of age. It's amazing to think that this little survivor has been growing since the ice age.
